During the winter months the club holds 'tri' spin/turbo classes at the Castle Country Club, Rowton, Shrewsbury, this is a pre-booked class due to limited space.

During the spring and summer we will run group rides and be taking part in the MSW 10 mile time trials. Members will receive email updates of the details of these rides.
