SYtri track sessions are now 6pm-7pm every Thursday at London Road Sports Centre (SCAT). This is an effort type session to improve speed and stamina. The session is done on time not distance so that all abilities can take part.

 

Sample session:-

10min warm-up followed by 12 x 1min run at a hard pace with 2min easy paced recovery after each effort. Warm-down and stretches to finish.

SYTri also has links with Shropshire Shufflers running club who arrange various training sessions.

Offers gait analysis and a wide range of trainers, clothing and accessories. Discount for members on production of valid SYTri membership card.

SYTri are now affilliated with England Athletics for anyone who wants to represent the club whilst competing in Road Running/Fell + Hill Running/Cross Country/Track + Field/Race Walking etc.
