Warm Up:

10 minutes as 5 minutes very easy building the intensity during the last 5 minutes.

Main Set:

Repeat the following 5 times through

3 minutes @ 5K

2 minutes @ 3K with

3 minutes @ 5K

90 Seconds Recovery 

Warm Down:

5-10 minute easy then stretch well.
