The club runs two run based training sessions a week the first being a group social run around Shrewsbury on a Tuesday evening, the second a track based session held on the run track at London road campus of SCAT on a Thursday evening.
A less formal session with a run leader rather than a coach. This session is a great fun and an excellent way to meet members and have a chat.
This if a effort based session aiming on improving athletes speed and is excellent for all levels.
We meet in car park at the rear of SCAT where you sign in and pay one of the coaches taking the session, you then have a ten minute warm up before the main session starts. The main session is about 40 minutes to allow time for a cool down and some group stretches. More information for the track session can be found here.
